Maximise!

I guess i really should get started on my IS but it's really hot and i don't at all feel like going to the library for research. Instead an aircon room with a Harry Potter book sounds way more appealing (need to finish 5 and 6 before the last one comes this weekened)

Was at ECP with my class on youth day, which... was pretty nice, in a rather... peace-inducing sense. I dunno. There wasn't really much activity at the park, just cycling through in relative silence. Nobody seemed really up for much conversation on their bicycles so we all just moved on at our own pace. I guess they were just all enjoying the scenery and stuff, not that i'm complaining, it's been awhile since i used the bike as an entertainment tool rather than a mode of transportation.

I wonder when i stopped being able to appreciate nature. Or perhaps i havn't, i just think that Singapore doesn't really have much to offer compared to other places. Comes with being privileged enough to be able to go on many overseas trips etc. I was never a really... sit around and admire nature kind of person though. I always preferred to be in the middle of things, instead of sitting and watching from really far away.

Which reminds me of something i saw at Burger King. They had some poster on the wall which supposedly correlated your character to your favourite burger incredients. I didn't see them all but i caught the one about 'mushroom' (I love the mushroom swiss) and it said that people who liked mushrooms were decisive people who could never let anyone tell them how or what to do, or something like that. All these... weird things like horoscopes have an alarming tendency to be true sometimes, however much bullshit they come up with.
